Damian & Valori LLP | Culmo Trial Attorneys is pleased to announce that Kaitlin Stapleton has joined the firm as an associate attorney as part of our personal injury practice.
Prior to joining Damian & Valori LLP | Culmo Trial Attorneys, Ms. Stapleton worked as an associate trial attorney at a personal injury law firm handling a broad range of Personal Injury matters. Ms. Stapleton primarily focuses her practice on litigating negligence cases, primarily matters involving medical malpractice, product liability, premises liability, automobile accidents and wrongful death.

Ms. Stapleton is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida. She is currently an active member of the Dade County Bar Association, the Broward County Bar Association, the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar, the Trial Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar, and the American Association’s Section of Litigation.
Ms. Stapleton was born and raised on Long Island, New York. In 2012, she graduated from the State University of New York at Oswego with a bachelor’s degree in Public Justice. In 2016, she obtained her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law.
