Damian & Valori LLP | Culmo Trial Attorneys is pleased to announce that Johnny ElHachem has joined the firm as an associate attorney.

Prior to joining Damian & Valori, LLP, Mr. ElHachem worked at the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation where was the lead litigation attorney for the Division of Pari-Mutuel Wagering. He has extensive experience litigating cases in front of the Division of Administrative Hearings, prosecuting individuals, and casinos, and defending against rule challenges.  Mr. ElHachem frequently represented and assisted local small businesses in civil and county courts in landlord/tenant disputes, contractual disputes, and in other matters.

Mr. ElHachem attended FSU Law where he earned an LL.M. in American Law for Foreign Lawyers with emphasis in business and international law, graduating magna cum laude.  In 2018, he received his J.D. graduating cum laude.

Mr. ElHachem is a member of the Administrative Law, Business Law, International Law, and Young Lawyers sections of the Florida Bar.  He currently serves as the Treasurer of the Florida Government Bar Association.

 

Prior to moving to the United States, Mr. ElHachem lived and worked in Lebanon, France, and Saudi Arabia. He worked in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia with an international logistics company where he drafted the company’s employment agreements in Arabic and English and ensured compliance with local and international regulations. Mr. ElHachem is fluent in English, Arabic, and French. And is licensed in Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida.
