Gabriela (Gaby) Jimenez works alongside partners and attorneys on complex business litigation and receivership matters.

Prior to joining Damian | Valori | Culmo, Ms. Jimenez focused on probate, trusts and estates, business litigation, and intellectual property matters at a local business law firm. 

Ms. Jimenez graduated magna cum laude and in the top ten percent of her class from Florida International University (FIU) College of Law in May 2023. There she focused on business law courses and received a certificate in intellectual property law.  At FIU Law, Ms. Jimenez was on FIU Law Review and served as its Executive Managing Editor for the 2022-2023 academic year, was a Research Assistant to Dean Lisa Davis, and was a member of the Negotiation and Mediation Team. Ms. Jimenez received the Outstanding Service Award at graduation for her contributions to FIU Law Review and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for the highest grades in Computer and Internet Law and in Legal Skills & Values III.

Prior to FIU Law, Ms. Jimenez attended the University of Florida for her undergraduate studies, where she graduated cum laude with degrees in Marketing and Mass Communications.
